Excellent seabass filet! Portion size for the Fried calamari and shrimps is generous. Fantastic seaside view of course.
My husband and I booked Lido Bianco Cocktail bar for our wedding after party and it was amazing! The bar is set overlooking the sea and it is just divine. We were so lucky to witness the sunset going down as we sipped on cocktails. Lucrezia and her staff went above and beyond for us. The food was delicious and the drinks were flowing. They orgnanised a dj for us who was fantastic. Would highly recommend this venue - it’s a hidden gem. Will be going back to visit next year! Thank you Lido! 🤍
A great waterfront restaurant with exceptional seafood. The octopus salad was delicious and my wife’s raw shrimp with burrata pasta was excellent. This venue was recommended to us by our hotel and is a 10-minute walk from the main square in Monopoli. Good value too.
This could be a spectacular dinner experience, even one to rival Antiqua Mura, or Grotto Palazzese, the location is excellent, right on the waterfront, beautiful views the food, fresh and well cooked.
However you have to fight your way through a crowded bar at the entrance, squeezing between drunk tourists and the bar they are trying to get to.
Inside the restaurant is pleasant, a pianist at a grand piano sets a beautiful contrast to the mess that is the entrance.
But oh my God the service is rubbish. The waiter I'm sure wanted to be anywhere else other than at work.
The wine was literally slopped into the glasses, down the sides and on to the table. Thank goodness he didn't come back to refill them.
If the waiter had no experience, I could forgive the bad service but this guy was unprofessional.
For the €130 we paid I expected better.
Would I recommend this place. No.
Food was amazing. Service is very typicalical for Italy slow but the food definitely made up for it! Make sure to make a real to reserve a front water view! The portions are smaller but very tasty. Expect to spend a bit of $$ but worth it in my opinion!
Good food and good view It is a wonderful restaurant. However, the waiter's serving is very unfortunate. I understand that language doesn't work well. However, the treatment was so different that it was different from other local customers, …
We stumbled upon this place on our way to the Porto Bianco beach and we loved our experience here: great service, a well-balanced menu, stuff is very professional, the scenery is amazing and the prices are very good. I had an amazing birthday lunch and we enjoyed everything - try the local red oysters and the basil cheesecake!
Amazing traditional Pugliese dishes and excellent seafood. Great view of the coast as well.
